Moonflower/ Daughters Of The Moon Thank You's
As the time ticks down on my 23rd birthday, I've returned to the poetic world with 2 new collections. Now some of you are newcomers at what I do and so on and some of you have been there with me before. But I say to all of you, I've matured and have grown up from my earlier work, at least I'd like to think so. I'm not going to make this real long , but I want to say hello to everyone. I certainly hope you all will like my 2 newest collections " Moonflower " and " Daughters Of The Moon ". There isn't much else for me to say. So , pull up a chair, open up the collections. DAUGHTERS OF THE MOON
We sit around a campfire
The woods have finally turned dark
The night has come to take care of us all
The warm fire seems to be smiling at us
Daughters of the moon
I've never see you girls look any more beautiful
Joining me around the fire
Decked out in dresses that only it would seem fairies would wear
With crescent moon necklaces around your necks
Long hair flowing in the breeze
Flames of red, blue, and green race up my arms
I thought I should tell you girls that I love the stars
I smile at the dark sky
And I say thank you Selene
For bring the girls and I , the stars and moon in the sky
I hold my hand out over the fire
My palm is open
You girls smile, whisper, and murmur
The flames still race up and down my arms
And as such
You girls each extend a hand, touching and caressing my hand in all our yours
And I'm sure Selene's watching and smiling down on us all tonight

YOUR SONG
I've been walking for miles
And in the distance I can hear your voice
Your singing in the distance clears my head and makes me smile
And I know now in my directions there's now a different choice
So I walk on another path
One that will take me to you
I walk up to your house
Make that your farm
And in the middle of the pasture
You stand singing your song
A song that bring me calm
A song with a lot of charm
A song that won't do me no wrong
A song that can cure
Thank you for singing your song to me
The birds above are flying gracefully
Thanks to your song

MOONFLOWER
In the longest hour of the darkest night
I lean back on to my bed
Thoughts and visions of you run through my head
Remembering all the things you said
You've attached the essence of you to the moonflower
A part of you is with me now
I can feel your love and spirit all around
Whether it's sight or sound
So many things lay uncovered and are awaiting to be found
I speak to you tonight
Moonflower
Touch my heart and open the path to the light
I can see the water secrete from your petals
Moonflower
Help me run down this dream
Don't my love for her die
I hope I won't see her cry
So I won't see the hurt in her eyes
