Today as everyday, I read the guest book at andrerieu.com. I found posts from Ireland, Canada, Brazil, Peru, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Australia, Japan, France, Denmark, The United Kingdom, Chile and The United States. Whew! What fun I had translating the posts written in languages other than English. Thanks to Andre's beautiful music, I have learned a few words in many languages as well as the names of Friends I've never met. (Don't you think the word Friends should be capitalized? Friends is a very important word!)

If you are going to any of the 2005 Concerts, please let me know.  It's always good to meet new Friends, in person or via email.

I work in the Internet Industry. While I have no doubt spoken with thousands of website architects, I have worked closely with 300 of them and almost daily with 10. I had this site designed by 1 of them, Terry Clark. Terry lives in Texas and I live in California. We are Friends who have never met. I have tickets to see Andre Rieu and the Johann Strauss Orchestra, and then the Meet & Greet in Grand Prairie Texas, May 2005. After more than 5 years of working together, I will meet Terry in 2005 when we attend Andre's concert May 1st in Texas.  We have Meet & Greet tickets!

Ah, Texas. I have a new email from Audrey. I have never met her. Because of Andre's music I have learned Audrey lives in Texas. She also loves shelties and has 2 new puppies, as well as her 2 older dogs. An Animal Person! I can relate. Audrey helped myself, Barbara Wilson, Barbara Henderson, Shirley & Skip Kirk and now Sam Ferrara as we were all seeking our Meet & Greet tickets to the Grand Prairie Texas concert to be held May 1, 2005. Lawrence Sudduth will be there too. He has 6 tickets! More Friends brought together by the beauty of Andre Rieu's music. We are sharing our excitement and anticipation of the coming concerts. Charlene Warfield who will be at the concert gave us a good tip on where to book rooms.  Charlene, Barbara and myself will stay at the same hotel and so I add another AndreRieuFans.com Friend I am going to meet come May.

Ruth Morgan is going to Dallas and has planned an Andre Rieu Fans Dinner with Lawrence Sudduth to be held at Marsala's Ristorante in Grand Prairie.  What fun we are going to have!  If you would like to join us, please contact Ruth at: ruthmorgan@charter.net

On to Kansas City I will go. I plan to arrive a day early and perhaps site see and meet more AndreRieuFans.com. Barbara Wilson will be there, so now I will see her again and can call her an old friend. After all, I will have met her in Dallas two days earlier. Maggie Worman* will be in Kansas City and might even have a surprise with her. More Friends, More Fun and More Andre Rieu. How can it ever be better than this?

I now have tickets for both concerts in Chicago! Maggie helped get my tickets. I do not know where to start! Sonja who does so much with Andre Friends will be there. After all our emails and Sonja's translations we get to meet! Sigrun from Germany, Laurie, Netta, Shirley, Maggie & Nancy will all be going to the Chicago concerts. I will come home broke but happy. My head filled with visions of the Johann Strauss Orchestra as their music spills from my memory.

I am dreaming about more AndreRieuFans.com trips. I must meet Iris in Germany, Marion in Ireland, Theresa in England, Leah on Prince Edward Island,  Judy in Victoria, B.C. and Andre in Cortona…
